COACHING

I have been coaching with a local bike coaching program for 3 and a half years, amassing over 100 hours of coaching experience. I love seeing clients getting excited over their progression and the best part of coaching for me is seeing kids love the sport as much as I do.
I have recently started a private coaching business and have completed a PMBIA International recognized Mountain Bike coaching qualification in November 2021.

WHO DO I COACH?

I have been coaching clients with very different skill levels and goals. I can work with you if you are just starting your mountain biking journey or are looking to sharpen your racing skills. Each coaching program is carefully tailored to the needs of each rider. Whilst at Bohally Intermediate School, I co-developed the first student-led learning academy - delivering a girls-only mountain bike skills program. I understand that female riders sometimes have a different approach to their riding, and where needed, I can focus on developing confidence as well as riding skills.
